So make a quick phone call protect yourself find out if the people that are looking to buy your house make sure that they use a credible company to close with makes it their credible company and I would say credibility goes online look at them online and make sure that a good website and that they’ve done lots of built.
Lots of purchases kind of stumbled over my words here, but make sure that they have that experience and credibility. So it really it leads us to the next thing is this is really simple for you. I want you to do this. You should do this for every single person that you work with. Make sure that the people who they’ve done business with in the past make sure that they want to do business with them.
